This is the Video Editor application. The Editor is a Timeline based editing application that allows users to modify recordings and publish them to the web in SWF format. Using the Editor, you can add audio tracks, Picture in Picture Video (AVI/MPG) for on-screen training, crop or resize a recording to a specific size. You can even edit any individual frame in the recording using your favorite image editing application like Photoshop or Fireworks.

This is the Agents page of the Screen Recorder Server. The Agents page uses "presence detection" to detect all of the Agent workstations that are logged in. To record an Agent, you simply select the Agent workstation from the list and press the "Start Recording" button.

This is the Sessions page of the Screen Recorder Server. The Sessions page lists the Agent workstations that are currently being recorded. To stop recording an Agent workstation, you simply select the Agent workstation from the list and press the "Stop Recording" button.

This is the Events page of the Screen Recorder Server. The Events page lists event messages that are logged by the Server.

This is the Recordings page of the Screen Recorder Server. The Recordings page lists all of the recordings that have been completed, and gives you the option to add audio to a recording or export the recording to the Flash SWF file format.

This is what the Media Player looks like. The Media Player allows you to playback Recordings and Live Monitor Agent workstations in real-time. It contains functions typically found in Media Players including the ability to open, close, play, stop, rewind, fast-forward, and pause a recording.

This is the split screen view of two different Agent workstations as they are being monitored in real-time using the Media Player. Using the Media Player you can view multiple Agent workstations in real-time while also viewing Recordings. You can even choose to save a Live Monitoring session as a Recording for later playback.
